Order Processing and Production
Once an order is placed, our production partner typically fulfills made-to-order items within 2–7 business days. Production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside normal operations.
Estimated Delivery Times
After production is complete, the order is shipped using the most suitable carrier available for the destination country. Estimated delivery times from our production partner are:

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product, destination, shipping method, and carrier rates. Rates may include a first-item shipping cost and an additional-item shipping cost when multiple items are ordered.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a tracking number or order update. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a parcel is lost during shipping or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can review the order with our production partner and help determine the next step.
